I am a member of The American Psychiatric Association, fluent in English and Russian. I pride myself on over 25 years of experience, extensive education, and providing my patients the very best care to meet their Psychiatric needs.

I completed my Psychiatry Residency at Metropolitan Hospital, where I diagnosed and treated within In-Patient, Out-Patient, Child/Adolescent, Detoxification, Emergency, and Consultation units. I worked at Interfaith Medical Center for over ten years, evaluating and conducting emergency management to suicidal, violent and/or psychotic patients. This allowed me to gain extensive experience utilizing psychotropic medications to treat severe psychiatric disorders., diagnosing, and managing common psychological problems encountered in medical and neurological patients, such as non-compliance, stress, and adjustment reactions to life-threatening illnesses. At Interfaith Medical Center, I gained extensive experience using psychotropic medications to treat even the most severe psychiatric disorders. I took part in a Mobile Crisis Response Team, providing professional, same-day intervention for patients experiencing mental health crises.

15 years ago, I decided to take my expertise and vast knowledge and apply them to my practice; Good Health Psychiatric Services P.C.. I built this medical practice around a collaborative team effort to assist every patient better, specializing in treating psychiatric conditions, such as PTSD, Bi-Polar disorder, depression, and anxiety. Constance Grey, LCSW

Psychotherapist

I have been working as an LCSW for over forty years and have an Advanced Degree in Psychotherapy. I have worked in different settings always with the goal of meeting my clients’ needs.

Life is always a challenge and often presents us with many feelings, sometimes overwhelming.

I have experience in treating people who suffer from Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Addiction, among others. I am an insightful listener and strongly believe in working with people in order to attain their goals and live a more contented life. It is never too late to grow and change.

In my practice, I incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities to cater to the unique needs of each individual. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a cornerstone of my approach, where I help clients identify and challenge distorted thought patterns and behaviors to bring about positive change. Integrative/Holistic Therapy allows me to consider the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — in the healing process, recognizing the interconnection of these elements in overall well-being.

Solutions Focused Therapy is another method I employ, which is particularly effective for clients seeking to address specific problems or goals. This approach focuses on what clients want to achieve through therapy, rather than on the problems that brought them to therapy. Lastly, Client/Patient Centered Therapy is integral to my practice. This approach is based on the understanding that each individual is an expert on their own life and is capable of finding their own solutions when provided with a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

Diane Asabi, LMSW

Psychotherapist

Beginning therapy is an important step toward healing, growth, and becoming the best version of yourself. Life transitions, relationship challenges, work/school stress, and unresolved trauma can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

I specialize in working with youth and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, stress management, relationship issues, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic — integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Strengths-Based, and Mindfulness techniques to meet your individual needs.

Before entering clinical social work, I spent many years designing and leading programs focused on emotional well-being, youth development, and personal empowerment. These experiences continue to shape my work as a therapist — helping clients build resilience, rediscover their inner strengths, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

Whether you’re seeking to process past experiences, manage current stressors, or gain insight into your next steps, you don’t have to do it alone. I look forward to walking alongside you on
your journey toward healing and growth.

Zachariah Smart, LMSW

Zachariah Smart, LMSW

Psychotherapist

I’m Zach Smart (he/they), and I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker working with adults, teens, couples, and families. I know life’s challenges can be overwhelming, and I appreciate the bravery and vulnerability it can take to reach out for help. My approach to therapy is grounded in the knowledge that all patterns and parts of ourselves, even those that may be causing suffering, exist for a reason – you make sense. I am committed to recognizing and upholding the unique experiences and strengths that have helped you get to where you are today, and together working towards greater insight, self-understanding, and self-compassion. Through honest exploration what our current patterns and emotions are actually doing for us, we can both honor them and begin the work of change – developing new emotional skills, relationships, and resilience.

I have experience supporting clients through depression, anxiety, family challenges, gender dysphoria and disembodiment, relationship distress, traumatic experiences, and suicidal thoughts and urges, as well as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia diagnoses. My approach to therapy is flexible, warm, and informed by social justice, drawing on training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).

As a social worker, I have particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse community, both adults and adolescents, as well as with masculinity and men’s work. Raised in the orthodox Jewish community, I am especially passionate about helping those who have experienced invalidation find and reclaim spiritual strength, worthiness, and belonging. In all therapy sessions, I strive to create a collaborative space for processing difficult experiences while building towards greater capacity for joy, wholeheartedness, safe and sustaining relationships, and life worth living.
