As a courtesy, and to help patients remember their scheduled appointments, we send text message and email reminders in advance of the appointment time. If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we may reschedule you, and accommodate those patients who are waiting for an appointment.

If established patients do not cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will assess a $50.00 “no-show” service charge to your account. If you are a new patient to the practice and you do not cancel or reschedule appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, we will assess a $100.00 “no-show” service charge to your account This “no-show charge” is not reimbursable by your insurance company and your credit card on file will be charged for it.
